Soccer & Other Pastimes

Jason jokes that I'm the over-zealous "sports parent" in our house.  I can't help it.  When Mo said she wanted to play soccer, I was downright giddy.  Buying her cleats and shorts and socks...well, that put me over the top.

Ready for the first practice...

You'll notice one little player who is smaller than the rest...Sammy Boy thinks he's on the team.

He also likes older women.  Here he is holding hands with Molly's BFF, Mara.

Mo got binoculars and a bird identification book for her birthday.  Sam had to have a pair of "noculars," too.  We've been spending some time outside looking for bald eagles.  (That's the only bird he's interested in finding.)
