Our Storyteller 4/15/2013

Molly brought home some writing from school.  They are doing "theme book reports" where her teacher will say something like, "Write about something you have in common with the main character in the story we just read."

This is what she brought home from school yesterday.  (I have edited out the spelling errors for ease of reading.)

"I have a connection with the story Wilfred Gordon McDonald Partridge.  His neighbor Miss Nancy couldn't remember anything like my 93 year-old grandmother can't really remember anything.  She also can't get me and my brother's names right.  She is a nice grandmother.  I love her, and she loves me."
