It's rained a ton this month, so we were ready to head to our favorite pool. Imagine the disappointment on my sunscreen-coated children when we saw this...

Let's call this "plan b" for a contaminated pool.

More rain...more indoor fun.  Puzzles and trying on our new summer clothes from Gram.  Woo hoo!

Sunshine...at the pool with friends...finally.  We like to say that Sam is "big in life."  I think the picture below captures that.

More rain...jam sessions, reuniting with Sam's BFF, and movies at home.  

We watched one of my all-time favorite movies - The Sandlot.  Here's Sam as Squints Palledorous.

Yes...sunshine.  Hitting the pool.  Molly is our fish.  She leaves the pool exhausted every time - so you see why I like taking them so much.

Daddy's band, The Warm Fuzzies, was on the WUGA 91.7fm show "It's Friday."  So we had a big post-pool dance party and got to watch them play on local access tv.  Awesome.

We celebrated Father's Day with this guy...who is the "best dad because he's good at wrestling; good at snuggling; plus he loves us and God."

More rain...more activities at home.  What craft could they be doing? Why...making iPhones on the porch, of course.

Got our summer "to do list" written out...

But it's still raining here...so movie time again!

But sunshine is on the way...we think.  Although, Molly did explain to me that it's called "predicting the weather because they just don't know for sure."
