In Like a Lion...Part II

Well, after I posted all those pictures, it continued to snow and snow and snow. We built a snowman in the front yard with Mo. And the power went out. It came back on around 2am. This morning the power was on, and we watched a little Mickey Mouse on DVD...then the power went out around 10am and was off until 4:30pm this afternoon. We have been enjoying our "powerless" day - except for how cold our house has been. We played outside, and we measured 5 1/2 inches of snow on the back porch.

Mo fell down in the snow. Instead of helping her up...I took a picture. Mother of the Year, right here.

You can't see her snow boots anymore...buried in the snow.

Celery nose...no carrots. Also, we painted his eyes and mouth. Mo applied his "rosy cheeks."


Crunching the snow on the side of the house...still soft and deep.
Daddy made Mo a pile of snowballs...
and she would throw them on the driveway saying, "Oh no...it iced." Then she'd stomp them into oblivion. This went on for quite a while.
