Mo's class made pinatas at school on Friday. She was very excited for us to "hit the pinata and bust out the candy." Well, time got away from us on Saturday. This was the bedtime conversation.
Mo: Oh, no! We forgot to hit the pinata!!
Jason: Well, I'm sorry, love. It's bedtime. We can do it tomorrow.
Mo: NO!!!!!! (instantly crying) It's for Cinco de Mayo. NO! NO! Tomorrow is Seis de Mayo, and that's not the same.
Needless to say, we're going to start celebrating Seis de Mayo. Who's in?
