Our Refuge

This Thanksgiving we were set to move into our "haven in the woods." Of course, many things (including a minor snowstorm) kept us from being able to do so...but we were able to get up to the house to visit. It's almost ready. Thought I'd share a sneak peek for those who are interested...

The best thing about this house...my Dad's fingerprints are all over it. This house was his dream, and my mom has worked diligently, tirelessly to make it a reality. (Thanks, Mom!) From the front door he picked out to the way everything is designed for plenty of family space and play space for the grandchildren...my Dad is ALIVE in this house!
